TOI-5592 is a star 1950 light-years away, with a mass of 1.19 solar masses and a radius of 1.39 solar radii. Its reported mass and radius estimates are both larger than the Sun's. The star is 3.6 billion years old and has a temperature of 6240 K, hotter than the Sun. One planet orbits this host.
That planet, TOI-5592 b, is a Jupiter-like world discovered in 2025 by the transit method, in which a planet passes in front of its star from our viewpoint and causes a small dip in observed brightness. It completes an orbit every 2.61 days. Its radius of 17.1 Earth radii is larger than Earth's, and its mass of 286 Earth masses is also larger than Earth's. Its mean density is 0.312 g/cm³, 0.0566 times Earth's.
