Kepler-626 and Its Super-Earth

Kepler-626 is a star 2070 light-years away with one known planet. The host star is 5.37 billion years old and has a mass of 1.01 solar masses, a radius of 1.05 solar radii, and a temperature of 5810 K.

The planet, Kepler-626 b, is a Super-Earth discovered by the transit method in 2016. A transit occurs when a planet passes in front of its star from our viewpoint, causing a small dip in observed brightness. Kepler-626 b orbits every 14.5 days and has a radius of 2.29 Earth radii. Its reported radius estimate is larger than Earth's.
