Kepler-367 and Its Two Earth-Like Planets

Kepler-367 is a star located 613 light-years away, and two planets have been found orbiting it. The star is 2.29 billion years old, with a mass of 0.81 solar masses, a radius of 0.74 solar radii, and a temperature of 4910 K. Its mass, radius, and temperature are all smaller or cooler than the Sun's.

Both planets were discovered by transit, the dimming of a star's light as a planet crosses in front of it, in 2014. Kepler-367 b has an orbital period of 37.8 days and a radius of 1.3 Earth radii, while Kepler-367 c has an orbital period of 53.6 days and a radius of 1.2 Earth radii. Among the listed planets, Kepler-367 b has the shortest year and the largest radius, and Kepler-367 c has the longest year and the smallest radius. Both are Earth-like planets, a size class that stays within 1.5 times Earth's radius.
