Kepler-147 and Its Two Super-Earths

Kepler-147 is a star located 3400 light-years away, and it hosts two planets. The star is 4.47 billion years old, with a mass of 1.14 solar masses and a radius of 1.34 solar radii. Its temperature is 6030 K, and its reported mass and radius estimates are larger than the Sun's, while its reported temperature is hotter than the Sun's.

Both planets were discovered by transit in 2014. Kepler-147 b is a Super-Earth with an orbital period of 12.6 days and a radius of 1.53 Earth radii. Kepler-147 c is also a Super-Earth, with an orbital period of 33.4 days and a radius of 2.43 Earth radii. The radius of each planet is larger than Earth's.

Among the listed planets, Kepler-147 b has the shortest year by reported estimates, and Kepler-147 c has the longest year by reported estimates. Kepler-147 b also has the smallest radius by reported estimates, while Kepler-147 c has the largest radius by reported estimates.
