KELT-10 and Its Jupiter-Like Planet

KELT-10 is a G0 V star 614 light-years from Earth. It is a Sun-like, main-sequence dwarf. Its reported mass is 1.11 solar masses, its radius 1.21 solar radii, and its temperature 5950 K; its age is 4.5 billion years. Each of these reported values exceeds the corresponding solar value, with the star's mass and radius estimates larger than the Sun's and its temperature hotter.

One planet orbits KELT-10. KELT-10 b is a Jupiter-like planet discovered by transit in 2016. Its radius is 15.7 Earth radii, larger than Earth's, and its mass is 216 Earth masses, also larger than Earth's. It completes an orbit every 4.17 days. Its mean density is 0.308 g/cm³, 0.056 times Earth's.
