TOI-5380 b: A Neptune-like World Around a Hotter, Larger Star

TOI-5380 is a single star 935 light-years away with one known planet. The star's reported mass estimate is 1.34 solar masses, its reported radius estimate is 1.56 solar radii, and its reported temperature is 6530 K - all larger or hotter than the Sun's corresponding values. Its planet, TOI-5380 b, is a Neptune-like world discovered by transit in 2026. Repeated dips in the star's brightness revealed an orbital period of 3.77 days, the time the planet takes to complete one orbit, and a radius of 3.48 Earth radii, larger than Earth's.
