TOI-1750 and Its Neptune-Like Planet

TOI-1750 is a single star 530 light-years away. Its mass of 0.767 solar masses is smaller than the Sun's, and its radius of 0.769 solar radii is also smaller than the Sun's. At 4770 K, its reported temperature is cooler than the Sun's. This host has one known planet.

That planet, TOI-1750 b, is a Neptune-like world discovered by transit in 2026. A transit occurs when a planet passes in front of its star from our viewpoint, causing a small dip in observed brightness. Its radius of 2.79 Earth radii is larger than Earth's. TOI-1750 b completes an orbit, or one year, in 11.3 days.
