Kepler-810 and Its Super-Earth

Kepler-810 is a star 4760 light-years away with one known planet in orbit. The host star is 4.17 billion years old and has a mass of 1.03 solar masses, a radius of 1.04 solar radii, and a temperature of 5800 K.

The planet, Kepler-810 b, is a Super-Earth discovered in 2016 by the transit method, in which a planet passes in front of its star from our viewpoint and causes a small dip in observed brightness. It completes an orbit every 4.6 days. Its radius is 1.93 Earth radii. In the size classification used for planets, a Super-Earth reaches 2.5 times Earth's radius, and Kepler-810 b's reported radius estimate is larger than Earth's.
