Kepler-377 and Its Two Known Planets

Kepler-377 is a star located 2690 light-years away, and two planets have been found orbiting it. The host star is estimated to be 4.37 billion years old, with a mass of 1.07 solar masses and a radius of 1.14 solar radii. Its temperature is 5980 K. Its reported mass and radius estimates are larger than the Sun's, and its reported temperature is hotter than the Sun's.

Both planets were discovered by transit in 2014. Kepler-377 b is classified as Earth-like. It has an orbital period of 12.5 days and a radius of 1.39 Earth radii, larger than Earth's radius. Kepler-377 c is classified as a Super-Earth, with an orbital period of 27 days and a radius of 2.06 Earth radii, also larger than Earth's radius. Among the listed planets, Kepler-377 b has the shortest year and the smallest radius by reported estimates, while Kepler-377 c has the longest year and the largest radius by reported estimates.
