Kepler-349 and Its Two Super-Earths

Kepler-349 is a star located 3070 light-years away, and it hosts two planets. The star's reported mass estimate is 1.12 solar masses, larger than the Sun's, and its reported radius estimate is 1.2 solar radii, also larger than the Sun's. Its reported temperature is 6110 K, hotter than the Sun's, and its age is 3.09 billion years.

Both planets are Super-Earths discovered by transit in 2014. Kepler-349 b has an orbital period of 5.93 days and a radius of 1.9 Earth radii, larger than Earth's. Kepler-349 c has an orbital period of 12.2 days and a radius of 1.96 Earth radii, also larger than Earth's. Among the listed planets, Kepler-349 b has the shortest year and the smallest radius by reported estimates, while Kepler-349 c has the longest year and the largest radius.
