Kepler-201 is a star located 2,080 light-years away, and two planets have been found orbiting it. The host star is estimated to be 2.19 billion years old, with a mass of 1.18 solar masses and a radius of 1.2 solar radii. Its reported temperature is 6,150 K. Each of these reported stellar measurements is larger or hotter than the Sun's corresponding value.
Both planets were discovered by transit in 2014. Kepler-201 b is classified as a Super-Earth with a radius of 2.46 Earth radii, which is larger than Earth's, and it completes an orbit every 25.7 days. Kepler-201 c is Neptune-like, with a radius of 2.85 Earth radii, also larger than Earth's, and an orbital period of 152 days. Among the listed planets, Kepler-201 b has the shortest year and the smallest radius by reported estimates, while Kepler-201 c has the longest year and the largest radius.
