Kepler-1433 and Its Super-Earth

Kepler-1433 is a single star with one known planet, Kepler-1433 b. The host star's reported mass estimate is 1.14 solar masses, larger than the Sun's, and its reported radius estimate is 1.19 solar radii, also larger than the Sun's. Its reported temperature is 6100 K, hotter than the Sun's, and its age is 3.02 billion years.

Kepler-1433 b is a Super-Earth, a size class that compares radius with Earth's and reaches 2.5 times Earth's radius. The planet was discovered in 2016 by the transit method, in which a planet passes in front of its star from our viewpoint and causes a small dip in observed brightness; repeated dips help establish orbital periods. Kepler-1433 b orbits every 4.14 days. Its reported radius estimate is 1.56 Earth radii, larger than Earth's.
