Kepler-1333 and Its Neptune-Like Planet

Kepler-1333 is a star located 3040 light-years away. It hosts one known planet, Kepler-1333 b, discovered in 2016 by transit, the dimming of a star's observed brightness when a planet crosses in front of it from our viewpoint; repeated dips help establish orbital periods.

The host star is 4.57 billion years old, with a mass of 0.94 solar masses, a radius of 0.92 solar radii, and a temperature of 5630 K. Its reported mass estimate is smaller than the Sun's, and its reported temperature is cooler than the Sun's.

Kepler-1333 b is a Neptune-like planet, a size class that reaches four times Earth's radius. Its radius is 2.81 Earth radii, larger than Earth's, and it completes one orbit every 110 days.
