TOI-4336 A and Its Two Known Planets

TOI-4336 A is an M-type star 73.5 light-years away, classified as spectral type M3.5+/-0.5. Its reported mass is 0.331 solar masses, its radius is 0.328 solar radii, and its temperature is 3300 K; all three are smaller or cooler than the Sun's corresponding values. The star is estimated to be 6.7 billion years old. Two planets are known to orbit it, both found by the transit method: TOI-4336 A b in 2024 and TOI-4336 A c in 2026.

TOI-4336 A b is a Super-Earth with a mass of 3.33 Earth masses and a radius of 2.14 Earth radii, both larger than Earth's. Its orbital period is 16.3 days, the longest among the listed planets. Its mean density is 1.88 g/cm³, 0.341 times Earth's.

TOI-4336 A c is an Earth-like planet with a mass of 1.55 Earth masses and a radius of 1.25 Earth radii, both larger than Earth's. Its orbital period is 7.59 days, the shortest among the listed planets. Its mean density is 4.36 g/cm³, 0.792 times Earth's.
