TOI-2654 b: A Jupiter-like World in a Distant System

TOI-2654 is a star 812 light-years away with one known planet. The star's reported mass estimate is smaller than the Sun's, and its reported radius estimate is also smaller than the Sun's. Its reported temperature is cooler than the Sun's, at 4400 K.

The system's only known planet is TOI-2654 b, a Jupiter-like world discovered by transit in 2026. A transit occurs when a planet passes in front of its star from our viewpoint. TOI-2654 b orbits its host every 2.97 days and has a radius of 7.94 Earth radii, larger than Earth's.
