TOI-2328 b: A Jupiter-Like World Orbiting TOI-2328

TOI-2328 is a star 756 light-years away with an age of 4 billion years, a mass of 0.95 solar masses, a radius of 0.9 solar radii, and a temperature of 5530 K. Its reported radius estimate is smaller than the Sun's, and its reported temperature is cooler than the Sun's. One planet is known to orbit this host.

That planet is TOI-2328 b, a Jupiter-like world discovered in 2025 by the transit method, in which a planet passes in front of its star from our viewpoint and causes a small dip in observed brightness. Repeated dips help establish orbital periods. TOI-2328 b completes one orbit every 17.1 days.

The planet's reported radius estimate is 9.98 Earth radii, larger than Earth's, and its reported mass estimate is 50.9 Earth masses, also larger than Earth's. Its mean density is 0.282 g/cm³, 0.0512 times Earth's.
