TOI-2267 A and Its Two Earth-Like Planets

TOI-2267 A is a small, cool red dwarf of spectral type M5 V. Its reported mass is 0.171 solar masses and its reported radius is 0.208 solar radii, both smaller than the Sun's. Its reported temperature is 3030 K, cooler than the Sun's, and its age carries a reported lower limit of 1 billion years. Two planets are known to orbit this star.

Both planets were discovered by transit in 2025: a transit occurs when a planet passes in front of its star from our viewpoint, causing a small dip in observed brightness. Repeated dips help establish orbital periods.

TOI-2267 b is an Earth-like planet with an orbital period of 2.29 days and a radius of 1 Earth radii. Among the listed planets, it has the shortest year and the smallest radius by reported estimates. TOI-2267 c is also Earth-like, with an orbital period of 3.5 days and a radius of 1.14 Earth radii, larger than Earth's. Among the listed planets, it has the longest year and the largest radius by reported estimates.
