Kepler-934 and Its Super-Earth

Kepler-934 is a star located 1990 light-years away. It is 4.47 billion years old, has a mass of 0.81 solar masses and a radius of 0.77 solar radii, and its temperature is 5000 K, all of which make it smaller, cooler, and less massive than the Sun. One known planet orbits this star.

That planet is Kepler-934 b, a Super-Earth discovered in 2016 by the transit method, in which a planet passing in front of its star from our viewpoint causes a small dip in observed brightness. Its radius is 2.09 Earth radii, larger than Earth's, and its orbital period is 55.7 days.
